מדיניות פרטיות האתר
מבוא
האגודה הישראלית למעשה טלאים (להלן "האגודה") מכבדת את פרטיות המשתמשים באתר וחבריו, ופועלת בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, תשמ״א-1981 ולתקנות מכוחו.
מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע נאסף באתר, כיצד נעשה בו שימוש, ואילו זכויות עומדות למי שמסר את פרטיו.
איזה מידע נאסף?
בעת השימוש באתר, ניתן לאסוף מידע אישי שנמסר ביוזמת המשתמשים, כגון: שם, כתובת דוא״ל, מספר טלפון, כתובת, פרטי קשר נוספים הכלולים בטפסי הרשמה, תשלום או יצירת קשר וכל מידע אחר שנאסף אוטומטית על ידי שרתי האתר. מערכת סליקת תשלומים מופעלת על-ידי ספק שירותי סליקה חיצוני, שהינך עשוי להדרש להזין פרטי אמצעי תשלום, ת..ז.
למה המידע משמש
המידע משמש למטרות הבאות: טיפול בפניות דרך האתר, רישום כחבר/ה באגודה, ניהול פעילויות האגודה, משלוח ידיעונים ועדכונים על פעילות האגודה, גביית דמי חברות ותשלומים עבור פעילויות והתחייבויות מנהליות, יצירת קשר עם משתמשים במידת הצורך.
האגודה אינה עושה שימוש מסחרי במידע ואינה מוכרת מאגרי מידע

האגודה תשמור את המידע האישי לתקופה הנדרשת למימוש המטרות שלשמן נאסף, ובהתאם לחוק.

Introduction
The Israel Quilters Association (the "Association") respects the privacy of the users of the Website and its members and operates in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741 – 1981 and the regulations thereunder.
This policy explains what personal information is collected on the website, how it is used, and what rights are available to those who provide their details
What information do we collect?
When using the Website, personal information provided at the Users' initiative may be collected, such as : name, email address, telephone number, address, additional contact details included in registration, payment or contact forms and any other information collected automatically by the Website's servers. The payments clearing system is operated by an external clearing service provider whom may require to enter payments method and identification card.
How is the information used?
Personal information is used for the following purposes: handling inquiries through the website, membership registration and administration, managing association activities, sending newsletters and updates, collecting membership fees and administrative engagements, contacting users if necessary.
The Asociation does not use personal information for commercial purposes or sell mailing lists.
Providing Information to Third Parties
The Association does not transfer personal information to third parties unless it is legally obligated to do so or for the technical operation of the Website and services (such as the Website hosting provider, clearing service) subject to confidentiality and information security obligations

The Site applies reasonable and accepted security measures to protect the personal information collected, to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure or destruction of the information. However, absolute protection against unauthorized access cannot be guaranteed.
